Japanese street fashion has been the source of my inspiration for some time now and I've wanted to walk the streets of Japan and experience their culture first-hand for as long as I can remember. Then one day I realized that I was ignoring a very important part of the culture
right in front of me. What about the streets of America?
So, I'm on a quest to define American street fashion and, for those of you who live in the states, I need your help!
*What styles are most common?
*What are we most inspired by?
*How do we express ourselves through what we wear?
I think the street fashion right here in America might be just as interesting as what's found in Japan because there are so many different cultural influences, it just hasn't really been explored enough.
