How to measure yourself with a measuring tape
Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, then drop
your arms to your sides to measure.
Waist: Wrap tape measure about 1 - 2" below your natural waistline or
where you wear your jeans.
Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest
part of your hips.
